IVTicket (InVistaWare Ticket) is a mobile application specifically designed for iPad that allows field personnel to:
- Create any form on the cloud from your mobile iPad
- Review assigned jobs/tasks/work-orders from dispatch on daily basis
- Accept jobs and start field tickets
- Complete safety forms, vehicle inspections, equipment checklists and etc on the iPad
- View, complete and print field tickets
- Fill out time sheets and payroll information
- Request and receive purchase orders to/from the office
- Attach receipts to purchase orders and submit it back to the office
- Digitally sign tickets on the iPad or use stamps for field tickets
The IVTicket also works offline allowing field personnel to continue their work where there is not cellular connection. The app will automatically sync all relevant information back to the office upon entering a cell or wifi coverage.
